CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUIT BYLAW NO. 2274 i, A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in ooen meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which js more particularly described as: Lot 1 (containing 8.498 ha) as shown on a proposed subdivision plan of Lot 83 and a portion of Lot 84 of District Lots 379, 464, and 463, Group One, Plan 47652 prepared by 0.G. Fenning, B.C.L.S. is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
