From the City Engineer, April 23rd, 1987 regarding Sewer Service for
1980 Harbour Street - Public Works Committee April 21st, 1987.

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the City pay for the installation of a private sewer pump and
force main to serve 1980 harbour Street provided that the owner pays the
standard sewer connection fee of $1,090 and that the estimated cost to
the City of approximately $2,000 be taken from the unallocated funds in
the Sewer Utility Budget.

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 4, Block 35, of S.W. Quarter, of Section 6, Township 40 NWLD
Plan 14658 from RS-1 Large Lot Residential to RS-2 Small Lot Residential
Zone.

That City Council authorize the Clerk's Office to notify neighbor's
of this application for a relaxation of front and rear yard requirements.

And That the Clerk's Office be authorized to place a resolution on
City Council's agenda following notification of neighbors to relax Zoning
Bylaw 2240, Section 801, Large Lot Residential Zone, Subsections (4)
Front Yard and (7) Rear Yard to permit building encroachments.
