Subject: Development Permits
Bylaws 1876 and 1877

RECOMMENDATION:
That first and second readings for Bylaw 1876 anda

1877 passed December 21, 1681. be recinded and
re-enacted.

COMMENTS:

As City Council may recall, Mr. MacKenzie presented a series of
alternative Bylaws for consideration to implement the Development
Permit scheme. Due to the number of permeatations of bylaws presented
@ mix-up occured. Consequently, City Council is requested to recind
first and second reading of Bylaws 1876 and 1877 and to re-enact them

as attached to this report.
