THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO.

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Firearms Prohibition
Bylaw, 1972, No. 1220",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Firearms Prohibition
Bylaw, 1972, No. 1220". is amended by adding, after clause (d) the
following as clause (e):
"(e) Any persons acting in pursuance of a permit issued by the
Fish and Wildlife Branch of the Ministry of Environment of
the Province of British Columbia that permits the scaring of
birds with firearms; provided that such person strictly complies

with all the provisions of such permic."

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port Coquitlam

Firearms Prohibition Bylaw, 1972, No. 1220, Amendment Bylaw, 1981, No. .
