DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS Alderman L.M. Traboulay has resigned from his Office as
Alderman pursuant to the provisions of Section 185 of the Municipal
Act in order that he may be nominated for. the office of Mayor;

AND WHEREAS the said Section 185 provides that the election to fill
the vacancy created by such resignation may be held at the same
time as the election for the Mayor, and shall be considered a
separate election;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the election of an Alderman to
hold Office for the unexpired term of Alderman L.M. Traboulay be
held at the same time as the General Municipal Election occurring

later this year;

AND THAT all apointments or arrangements made for the General
Municipal Election occuring later this year shall be deemed to apply
to the seperate election required by the resignation of Alderman

Traboulay.
