DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the explanatory Plan of Lot 279, Plan 52700 of District
Lot 465 and a portion of Lot "A" of Block 4, Plan 4652 and a
portion of Lot 4, Plan 1106 of District Lot 380, Group One
New. Westminster District certified correct by Helge Jacobsen,
B.C.L.S., dated July 17th, 1981, be and the same is hereby

approved; ‘

THAT the aquisition by the City of the portion of Lot "A" of
Block 4, Plan 4652, shown thereon for the sum of one dollar
($1.00): be similarly approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayer and City Clerk be authorized

to sign the said explanatory plan and or other documents .
required for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate
Seal of the City thereto.

Note:

The large Survey Plan will be on
display at the Council meeting.

A section of the Plan is shown

on the reverse side and the purpose
of the Resolution is to acquire the
property shown hatched and to add

it to the large City lot adjacent to
it which actually forms the bed of
the Coquitlam River.
