1. sbir S. Gill of 6131‘ Nanaimo Street, appeared in Coquitlam
Provincial Court, charged under zoning By-Law #91&- Illegal Suite.
After hearing 6 witnesses in the case, Judge G.P. Hogg dismissed the
case however, the City Lawyer Mr. Thompson who prosecuted the case,
stated after the Judges decision that we will appeal the decision which
is now under process.

2. John Heathcote, #52-612 Clark Road, Coquitlam. Charged under -
By-Law #918, failed to appear in Court on July 27/78 and he had
to be re-summonsed for trial date in September.

3. Irvin Frank Joestle, 1369 Kastern Drive. Charged under Criminal
Code of Canada 387-(1) (A) removing a Street Curb. He pleaded not
