Dear Mr. Crigzie:

The Student Council at Hastings Junior Secondary School has planned

a Christmas Dance for December 6, 1978. We would like to hold the event
at the Gollivog Teen Disco, 2614 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlan.

This facility is available to us but we understand permission froa
City Council is reauired. Please consider this letter a foraal request
for permission for this event to take place at the above-mentioned loca~
tion.on vlednesday, Dece:aber 6, 1978, durinc the hours of 7 p.m-10 p.in.
This will involve Hastings Junior Secondary students exclusively. The
grade 8-10 students! ages range between 13 vears and 16 vears, All
school rules will apply to this dance, with the only change being the
actual location. Approximately eighteen staff menbers fron Hastings will
be attending as supervisors.
