Carried. From the Public Works Committee, October Ist, 1976 referring to a request from John H. Haiste & Associates Ltd., September 10th,1976 for approval of access, from Bedford Street, to a proposed 20 lot light industrial development which is in the District of Coquitlam and will be entirely serviced by the District and recommending that access be approved subject to the reconstruction of Bedford Street to an industrial standard and, secondly, that the District of Coquitlam confirms the type of subsequent industrial development that will take place.
