-7~+ thereto, the Developer covenants and agrees that the Municipality may withhold the granting of an occupancy permit for the occupancy and/or use of any building or part thereof, constructed upon the said lands until all of the works herein have been completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer. 28. (a) The Developer agrees to pay all arrears of taxes outstanding against the property herein described. The Developer further undertakes to pay all current: taxes levied or to be levied on the said lands on the basis and dn accordance with the assessment and collector's roll entries. 19. The Developer covenants to save harmless and effectually indemnify the Municipality against: . All actions and proceedings costs, damages, expenses, clains and demands whatsoever and by whomsoever brought by reason of the construction of the said works. . All expenses and costs which may be incurred by reason of the execution of the said works resulting in damage to any property owned in whole or in part by the Municipality or which the Municipality by duty or exstom is obliged, directly or indirectly, dn any way or to any degree, to construct, repair or maintain. All expenses and costs which say be incurred by reason of Jiens for non-payment of labour or materials, workmen's: compensation, as ts, ployment insurance, Federal or Provincial Tax, check-off and for encreachments owing te mis~ ‘ takes in survey. 20.
