A By-law to anend the "City of Port Conuitiam Firearm Reevlations

The Municipa) Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore

Coquitlan,

in open meeting azsenbled, enacts as Follows:

1. Clause (a) of Section 5 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Firearm

Regulations By-law, No, 864, 1967" ¢. Fepealed and the following Substituted

therefor;

"(a) The Officer commandinz the R.C.M.P, Detachnent Policing the

City of Port Coquitlam Mav, Upon payment Of a fee in the amount
of Two ($2.99) Dollars being received, by permit in writing

ldine a valid licence issued under the

Wild Life Ace and the revulations thereunder, during any period

authorized by the said Act and regulations fc- the purpose of
hunting fane birds, to discharge shotguns in that area of the
City more particularly defined ag:

Commencing at the intersection of the Canadian Pacific Railway
