The centre provides a barrier free environment for drug users to access basic services such as laundry , and showers, and to enter low threshold programs and classes. Many ofjthe initiatives provided through the LifeSkills Centre are based on the idea hat there is hope for people living with addictions. The LifeSkills Centre's missio^ is to empower the lives of our visitors and create opportunities for those who aire hardest to reach and have the least in material and cultural capital. We at LifeSkills feel to participate in, and support Ncbva Library is an extremely valuable and important opportunity. Initiatives like Nova break down the barriers visually, socially, and philosophically between class structures that marginalized population's face on a daily basis, To create a truly nclusive body of literature dreamed of by high risk drug and alcohol users hurrlanises communities for the disenfranchised and mainstream society.
