President Kennedy’s attitude
to Cuba and the Castro gov-
ernment. ‘These actions, and
policies which correspond with
them, will make Canadian re-
jection of the Kennedy Doc-
trine effective, will help ex-
pand Canada’s economy and
trade, and will be a powerful
contribution to the peace of
the world.
