A Bylaw to amena-the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 16513",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitiam, In Open meeting assembled, anacts ag
follows:

Subsection (1) of Section 28 of the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651" ts amenaeq Dy Inserting,
after clause (e) the following as clause (fd:

"(f) One family residential shall be Permitted where an
existing parce! of land §S too small to permit lawful
construction of @ Bbullding for apartment residentia!

PROVIDED that al; bul idings ana structures for such

shape ana siting regulations of This Zone,"
