A Bylaw to Amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Bylaw, 1972, No. 1146".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Parks and
Recreation Bylaw 1972, No. 1146, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2947".

Section 17 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Bylaw, 1972, No. 1146" ig
amended by repealing the present Section 17 and replacing it with the fullowing:

17, (a) All areas of real property owned by The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam and used for the purpose of 2 public park, and all areas of
undeveloped property owned by the City, shall be closed to the use of the
public from 11:00 p.m. on each day and shall remain closed until 6:00 a.m. on
the following day and no person shall be in or upon any such area during such

time.

(b) That Rowlend Park, being Lot *, DL 289, Plan 71092 New Westminster
District, be closed to the use of the public, from 10:00 p.m. to.9:00 a.m, each
day during the months from April 1 to September 30 of each year.

(c) That Rowland Park, being Lot 2, DL 289, Plan 71092 New Westminster
District, be closed to the use of the public from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. each day
during the months from October 1 to March 31 of each year.
