In order to address concerns about the impact of the height of a new
buildings on Lot 11, it is recommended that a restriction be included in the
permit to limit the height of any dweliing unit to 11 meters, as measured from
the curb level fronting the said lot.

Subject to the further condition noted above, it is recommended that
approval be given to issue this Development Variance Permit.
