BYLAW NO. 2802 JUL 12 1993
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam. in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquidiam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

That 2200 m* portion of

Lot 3

Section 6

Block 6, North Range | East
Plan 20175

New Westminster District

as shown on Schedule | attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from
A-l (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Jot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Pian 20175

New Westminster District

as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from
A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2802".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of June, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of June, 1993.
Public Hearing held this 12th day of July, 1993.
