That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquidiam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 2200 m* portion of Lot 3 Section 6 Block 6, North Range | East Plan 20175 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule | attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Jot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 2200 m* portion of Lot 3 Section 6 Block 6, North Range | East Pian 20175 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
