Councillor Wright: That Rezoning Application No. 56/93 and Development Permit Application No. 57/93 for 2088 Lougheed Highway be approved to proceed for rezoning from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Completion of Engineering Department requirements; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns, Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns, Submission of 2 landscape plan to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation Department, The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and Issuance of a Development Permit, That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 57/93; Thet the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
