Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That the GVRD Development Services and Transportation Committee be advised: That no final decision regarding the expansion of Lion’s Gate Bridge be made until a regional growth option has been identified; That no final decision regarding the expansion of Trans-Canada Highway be made until a regional growth option has been identified; and That if urgent repairs and improvement of the Lion’s Gates Bridge are required before a regional growth option has been identified, the rehabilitation of the bridge using the three lane option would be favoured. Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare a Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan for 1884 Argue Street as outlined in Apnendix I attached to Council Agenda from the Director of Planning, February 3rd, 1993.
