From the Director of Planning, February 3rd, 1993 regarding Rehabilitation Options for the
Lion’s Gate Bridge and TransCanada Highway.

That the GVRD Development Services and Transportation Committee be advised:

That no final decision regarding the expansion of Lion’s Gate Bridge be made until a
regional growth option has been identified;

That no final decision regarding the expansion of Trans-Canada Highway be made until a
regional growth option has been identified; and

That if urgent repairs and improvement of the Lion’s Gates Bridge are required before a

regional growth option has been identified, the rehabilitation of the bridge using the three
lane option would be favoured.

From the Director of Planning, February 3rd, 1993 regarding Official Community Plan
Amendment No. 75/92 for 1884 Argue Street.

That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare a Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan
for 1884 Argue Street as outlined in Apnendix I attached to Council Agenda from the Director of
Planning, February 3rd, 1993.
