DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES — SEWAGE

Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the boundaries of the areas outlined on
map No. 1, the following development cost charges shail apply and be paid:

(@) at the time of Issuance of a building permit cr at the time of approval of subdivision, for single and riulti-
family residential uses and lands.

(0) at the time of issuance of a building permit for commercial uses and lands.

(c) at the time of lssuance of a building permit or at the time of approval of subdivision, for industrial usea
and lands.

For the purpose of this Shedule:

(a) “Single familly residential lands" means all lands having a short form zone designation

pursuant to the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No, 2240 beginning with the
prefixes “AS? or “AT;

(6) "Multifamily residential lands" means ail lands having a short form zone designation

pursuant to the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning bylaw No.2240 beginning with the prefix
"Ri:

(c) ‘Commercial tands* means all lande having a short form zone designation pursuant to the
City of Part Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with the prefixes °C", "CS", or "P*:

(d) "Industrial lands? means all lands having a short form zone designation pursuant to the
City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with the Prefix".
