TRUST AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made the ___ day of __ , 199_, between the City of Por
Coquitlam (hereinafter called the "City") and the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame &
Museum (hereinafter called the “Hall"),

WHEREAS the City has assigned, transferred and delivered to the Hall the articles se
forth in schedule "A" attached hereto upon certain trusts:

1. The Hall shall hold the articles at the pleasure of the City.

2. The Hall for the duration of the said trust, shall keep in its sole custody the
said articles for the purpose of arranging them for public display on suct
terms and conditions as the Hall shall in its sole discretion see fit.

The Hail shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the said articles anc
it is clearly understood and agreed that it will be the Hall’s responsibility t
insure and keep insured the said article against all perils. The Hall will have
the City named as also being insured under the Hall’s policy.
