RESOLUTIONS:

1. “That the subdivision arrangement proposed for property at 1878 Mclean
Avenue be now considered."

2.4, “That with respect to the nine lot subdivision proposed to be undertaken

| if the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw,

1991, No. 2611" is adopted the Council advises that it does not care to

express an opinion as to whether or not a lane and planting strip should

be included as part of that nine lot subdivision or whether driveway
access to Taylor Street should or should not be permitted."

OR

b. “That with respect to the nine lot subdivision proposed to be undertaken
if the "Port Coquitlam zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment: Bylaw,
1991, No. 2611" 1s adopted the Council expresses its opinion that a lane
and planting strip should be inciuded as part of that nine lot
‘subdivision and iadividual driveway access to Taylor Street should not be
permitted.”

OR

c. "That with respect to the nine lot subdivision to be undertaken if the
