SUBJECT: Request to Construct Pick Up/Drop Off Area — Birchland School
(Public Works Committee August 21, 1990)

Recommendations:

That Council approve the request from the School District No. 43 to construct
a Pick Up/Drop Off Area in the Fraser Avenue boulevard adjacent to Birchland
Elemenatary School.

Background & Comments:

The Committee considered the attached letter from the School District No. 43
and agreed that the construction of a Drop Off/Pick Up Area, which is
partially within the Fraser Avenue bonlevard would assist in traffic
circulation at the Birchland Elementary School.
