Secondly, to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority over the
westerly 8 metres of the said Parcel "A"; and,

Thirdly, to the British Columbia Telephone Company over the northerly 4
metres of the said Parcel "A™s

all the said rights-of-way to be the standard form of wording to be used by
the respective utilities;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the
corporate seal of this City thereto.

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Westminster (located on the Southside of the 2200 Block Stafford
Avenue) be sold to Falcon Pacific Developments, 145 Schoolhouse
Street, Coquitlam, B.C. V3K 4x8 at or for the price or sum of
$81,010.07.

Lot 2, Block 8, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New
Westminster (located on the Southside of the 2200 Block Stafford
Avenue) be sold to Falcon Pacific Developments, 145 Schoolhouse
