From the City Engineer, June 9th, 1989 regarding Request to Film
Television Movie - Cannall Films Limited.

That the request from Cannell Films Limited as outlined in their letter
dated June 7, 1989 be approved with the condition that the film crews' parking
be in the parking lot east of the arena building and that they deposit a cash
security in the amount of $2,000 to cover potential costs that City crews may
incur as a result of the filming activities.

From the City Engineer, June 9th, 1989 regarding Request for Block Party ~
Earls Court.

That the request to hold a Block Party in Earls Court be approved and that
the City Engineer be instructed to provide the necessary barricades, to the
local residents, to block off entrance to the cul-de-sac for the duration of

the party.
