attachments and Fittings (all of
which are coilectively called the
“"Works");

Dring Into the Right Of Way Area ali
materials and equipment, Including motor
vehicies, it requires or desires for any of
the foregoing burposes;

Clear the Right of Way Area and keep it clear
of anything which tn the optnion o¢ the
Municipality constitutes or may constitute
danger or obstruction to the use of the
Right of Way Area or the Works;

Cross over the Lands as necessary for
reasonable access to the Right of Way Area
during construction of the Works; and

do all acts which In the opinion of the
Municipality are Incidental to the foregoing;

to the Municipality and to every member of the Public
the non-exclusive right of Passage at al! times to
enter over, on and in the Right of Way Area to the same
extent as if the Right of Way Area was a public
highway.

2.00 Reservations

2.01 Notwithstanding the right of way and easement
herelnbefore granted, there Is hereby reserved to the Grantor,
Subject to the restrictions and limitations hereinafter set
forth, the right at al} times hereafter and from time to time:

(1) Subject to receiving the written consent, not to be
unreasonably withheld, of the Munictpa!} Engineer, to
temporar | ly Interrupt the USE and enjoyment of the
Right of Way Area for the purpose of:

(1) constructing, laying down and Installing
utility and communications Systems of every
Kind and description, together with ail
anciftary appliances and equipment under the
Right of Way Area as the Grantor may require
or may deem expedient and altering,
enlarging, extending, removing, repalring,
renewing, maintaining, inspecting
replacing the Same as may be deemed necessary
or expedient;

bullding, constructing, erecting, removing or
enlarging any bullding, erection, structure
