THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2352 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. Section 4.4.1 (1) of Schedule "A" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by inserting, after clause (h) the foilowing as clause (i); "(i) South Mary Hill" Section 4.4.2 (1) (b) of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting, after clause (ii) the following as clause (iii): "(iiil) South Mary Hill Road Apartment district is permitted a density of 80 dwelling units per hectare." designation of "Residential 2" as applying to: (a) Lot E (D77145) of District Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261. Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 22 of Lots 168 and 169, Group l, Plan 2261, New Westminster District. Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Block 14, District Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261. {a} adjacent road and lane allowances. is removed and the designations "Residential 1" and "Apartment 1" are applied in accordance with the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Appendix A". 4
