The Municipal Counci! of. The Corporation of the City of
“Port Coquitiam, in-open meeting assembled, enacts as:

follows:

. That certain parcel of land: ‘situated. in Port. Coquitiam,-
British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot 29, EXCEPT Plan 34851
District Lot 4
Township 39.

Plan 31468 .
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RS=-1A and the Zoning Map of
the "City of Port. Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"
is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This By!taw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment

Bylaw, 1984, No. 2066",

Public Hearing held this 19th day of November, 1984.

Bylaw No. 2066: to rezone Lot 29, EXCEPT Pian 34851,

District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 31468, New westminster
District, from RS-1 to RS-IA.

This property is located at 2651 Kitchener Avenue and,
fottowing completion of the rezoning procedures, it Is
expected that the property will be subdivided to provide
sites for four single family dwellings.
