Building Review Procedure

The procedure for businesses to apply for a facade improvement

grant is as follows:
1) Inform the downtown businessmen's association of

the proposed improvements and obtain their support.
Submit drawings te the City for a Building Permit

Following construction, submit the bills, a photograph
of the works and copy of the Building Permit to the
downtown businessmen's association for their approval

and submission to Victoria for Payment.
