Re: Zoning Amendment By-law, No. 1387; and "Land Use Contract No. 13
Authorization By~law, 1975, No. 1388"!

The above-noted By-laws authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use
Contract with Westgate Enterprises Ltd. in order to permit the construction
of a residential complex containing four apartment buildings containing

40 - 2-bedroom suites and 36 - 3-bedroom suites on a 4.21 acre site at

2986 Coast Meridian Road and the required Zoning Public Hearing was held

on July 14th, 1975.

It would now be appropriate for Council to give consideration to the
following two resolutions, both of which require five affirmative votes
for passage:

1. "That By-law No. 1387 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."

2. "That By-law No. 1388 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.”
