(5) Location and Siting of Loading Fe~ilities:
Off-street loading spaces and factlities shal} be located on
the eeme lot as the use aérved, but not vithin the required
front or side yard nor closer than 25 feet te the neareat
point of intersection of any two street allowancea.

(6) Development and Matatenance Standards: °

(a) Tha location of sll points of ingress and egress to a
loading area shall be subject to the approval of the city

and unloading, but in no case shall be insufficient to
accommodate a vehicle 30 feet in length, 8 feet in width
and 12 feet in height,
All loading areas ahali be Provided with adequate curbs tn
order to retain all vehicles within auch Permitted loading
areas, and to ensure that required fences » Walle, hedges
or landscaped areas, as well as any buildings, will be
protected from parked vehicles,
Each leading space shall be surfaced with sn asphalt,
concrete, or similar pavement so ao to provide a durable,
dust-free surface, and shall be go graded and drained as
to properly dispose ct all, surface vater.
Any lighting used to illvuinate any loading area ghall ba
go arreqged that all direct rays of light are reflected
bpen the loading area, and not on any adjo{ning prentees.©
