We, the Duncan City Council, urge cach and every
Hunicipality in the Province of British Columbia to endorse the
enclosed Resolution and to forward your comments to the Minister of
Hanpovwer and Immigration, iir. Bryce Mackasey, asking for changes in
legislation and increased efficiency in the Department to ensure
Unemployment Insurance Benefits to vorkmon within a reasonable time.
