A By-law to amend the “City of Pore Coquitlam Pound and Aninal

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020".
The Municipal Counci} of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1, Clause (a) of Section 25 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and
Animal Regulation By~law, 1970, No. 1020" is amended by repealing Sub-clause
(1) and substituting the £ollowing:
"(1) Pound fee of $20.00".
2. Clause (b) of Section 25 16 amended by repealing Sub-clauze (4} and
substituting the following:
"(1) Pound fee of $20.00",
3. Section 34 is amended by striking out the figure "$10.00" where the
same appears therein and substituting therefor the figure "$20.00".
4. Schedule "A" of the By-law its amended by striking out tha figure
"$10.00" where the same twice ®ppears in the Violation Notice set out cherein
and substituting therefor the figure "$20.00" in each case;
5. This By-law may be cited for ali Purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Pound and Aninal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment
