' Sandy Sandhais Sandy Sandhals, a resident of the Terrace area for the past 17 years, is now a resident of Lakelse Lake where he is the chairman of the Lakelse Community Association. Sandhals is also the alternate direc- tor for Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine Area ’C’ and in the past has served as a director on the Terrace Co-operative Associ- ation board, as a member of the Kitsumkalum Ski Hill Advisory Committee, and as a member of the Chambers of Commerce in Sandspit, Duncan and Fort St. John. . Before his retirement, Sandhals was an employee of B.C. Hydro. He worked 27 of his 35 years with B.C.
