Plamning and Development Committee ~ June 21, 1994

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
28/94 under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject ¢o:

a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of

Planning 3
b) Satisfaction of Engineering requirements};

c) Submission of Landscaping Plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department ;

d) Satisfaction of the Building Department concerns;

e) Satisfaction of the Fire Department requirements.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above. |

BACKGROUND:

A Development Permit Application has been received for the construction of.
a warehouse at 1389 Kebet Way. The site is presently zoned M-1 (General
Industrial) and is designated for Industrial in the Official. Community. Plan.
The project is also subject to the design guidelines for the Mary Hill .
Industrial Estate development permit area. 7
