coneidered on Marpnla Ava, in Port. Coquitiam, 1 aw writing to ee ely
express my eupport for this planned developments, 1 beldave: SUE TS 8
that we need to attempt to preserve our existing graan Rrewene
gpacas, and established single family neignborhoads. 1
believe by allowing higher apartmunt davelopmenta in
designated oreas like downtown we can relleva tha development
pressure on green-epaces, and reduce damolition and
redevelopment prasaure@ on oingle family naightornocode. In
my opinion a few higherised in ona area are bettar than
endless 3 and tour storey apartments all over “he city.
Furthermore, J believe that allowing for controlled
concentrations of inereaged population dansitieg in our
dewntown will kenegit local area businesses, a6 well as
excourage downtown re-development, and the attraction of naw
businesses, which will benefit all of our city,
I am aware that traffie will increase 48 4 result, but
revenugs FO improve roads will algo inereage as will our
city's tax base <( a benefit to all >. I alao resliza that

some paoples’ views will be obstructed, but this ia common in
a flat city like ourm, I hope you will conaider thase
