(Public Works Committee Meeting of February 22, 199-4) RECOMMENDATION: That Council authorize the City Clerk to amend the City Traffic Control Bylaw #1117 to include a "No Parking" zone at the entrance to 1850 Argue Street for a distance of ten metres as shown on the attached Plan 1. BACKGROUND & COMMENTS: The Strata Council for the strata development at 1850 Argue Street is requesting that the City of Port Coquitlam designate a "No Parking" zone along the south side of Argue Street near the front door access to the development as shown on the attached Plan 1. As this development is located close to the Gillnetter Pub and patrons often park their vehicles on the street, it is recommended that Council approve this request for "No Parking”.
