All lot grading and excavation work shall be designed by a
professional engineer specializing in geotechnical work.

All retainment having a height greater than 1 metre shall be
designed and approved by a professional engineer.

Landscaping methods shall conform with standards in the 1985
editien of the “British Columbia Landscape Standards" published
by the B.C. Society of Landscape Architects and the B.C. Nursery
Trades Association.

No building shall be constructed without a pitched roof having a
slope of four and a half (4.5) vertical to twelve (12)
horizontal, except that up to fifty percent of the roof area on
the west side (downhill side) of the building may be flat if
used as roof deck, patios or baliconies.

No less than four (4) unique dwelling wnit types shall be
located on each multiple family property.

Colour schemes and design shall be comprehensive for each
muitiple family development and shall be compatible with the
colour scheme of buildings on neighbouring properties.
