Carried. REPORTS ; From the Director cf Community Planning, February 7th, 1990 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 3/90 for 1856 Harbour Avenue. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: It is recommended that Council pass the following resolutions: 1. The Planning Department be authorized to prepare Development Variance Permit 3/90; 2. The issuance of the Development Variance Permit be subject to: a) Satisfactory completion cf rezoning application no. 44/89; b) Submission of a landscape plan to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department, to be incorporated as a condition of this Development Variance Permit; and c) This Development Variance Permit be merged with Development Variance Permit no. 77/89, which received preliminary approval by Council on January 22, 1990.
