The attached agreement has been reviewed by the City's Solicitor, Mr.
Murdy. The revisions proposed by him to protect the City's interest have been
incorporated into this agreement. As to the funmdling source for the cost

sharing of the dyke in the Reeve Park area the City Treasurer's recommends
that the funds in the Land Sale Reserve be used.
