From the City Engineer, July 29th, 1987 regarding Root Encroachment

into Easement at 1815 Yukon Avenue ~ Public Works Committee July 28th,
1987.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into an encroachment
agreement with the buiider of 1815 Yukon Avenue for a roof overhang into
a City right-of-way on the property.

That the Chief Building [tnspector be authorized to inform builders,
at the issuance of a building permit, that Council wil! no longer be
granting Roof Encroachment agreements except under extenuating
circumstances.

That two wheelchair ramps at the intersection of Kelly Avenue and
Kingsway Avenue be replaced with more suitable ramps and that new
wheelchair letdowns be installed at the northeast, southeast, and
southwest intersections of Elgin Avenue with the lane east of Shaughnessy
Street and tnat the estimated cost of $2,300 be taken. from the
unallocated funds in the Public Works Budget. | Ss
