RECOMMENDATION:

That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning
fots 1 and 3 Plan 68513 from RS-1 and RS-3 to RM-3.

And that tinal passage of the rezoning bylaw be subject To

BACKGROUND:

This application was initially submitted without complete
‘drawings and held for submission of the missing information.
. The first set of drawings submitted were felt To not be of a
