The Planning Committee have reviewed the revised application.
[+t is. the concern of the Planning Committee, that the proposal.
is placing too much development on the parcel of land. lf the
property were larger, allowing the applicant's more flexibility’
to site the proposed buildings, the design may work. -
Unfortunately, the small size of the property they have limits. = *
the options available to them. As a result the Planning
Committee are recommending this application not proceed. to
