Schedule of Building Permit Fees

(a) Vatue of Construction . Permit Fee Payable

20,001 - 50,000 $60.00 plus $5.00 per $1,000.00 value

500,00! = and over $750.00,plus $2.50 per $1,000.00 value

(0) In addition to the fees Provided in clause (a) hereot the following fees
shall also be payable to assist in Gefraying the cost of microfilming of
plans;

For residential alterations under $5,000.00 $ 3.00
For single family residential construction $ 8.00
For all otner types of construction $12.00

In addition to tne fees provide in clause "a" hereof the amount of $28.00
Shall also be payable to assist in defraying the cost of each Fire
Department Key Lock Box required by the Fire Cepartment of The City to be
installed,"

To construct, alter or repair 4 masonry chimney a permit fee of $15.00 shal |
be payable ana for tne purposes of this clause "chimney" shail mean a Single
fiue masonry chimney or a fireplace or fireplace with a masonry flued

cnimney.

(a) The fees herainaftrer specified shall be payable to the City of Port
Coquitiam upon applicatian fer a permit, by any applicant, to install,

aiter, or rapair any plumbing:
