The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of {UN Silom

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port. Coquitlam City Hall,

2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, June 9th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider

the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1759: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2

assigned to Parcel "B", (Explanatory Plan 11140) of. Lot 1,.

NE, Section 6, Township 40, - Plan 5726, New Westminster District,

and to assign the Zone Designation of RS-1l to the said property.

This property is located at 3345 Cedar Drive and is being.

- rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it
is expected that ten single family residential lets will be

‘ereated following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the

“city Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between

‘the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, May 290h to June 3th,

1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public’

- Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
