That the current Task Force Committee. remain intact and
work toward a future 6. C. Summer Games, perhaps.in the
mid 1980's, when it is assumed that somewhere, within:
District 43 there will be appropriate facilities to
cope with tha centralization of such .an ‘event;

That this Task Force Conmittee be authorized. to attend,
as official observers, the 1979 Richmond Sunmer. Games:
in August with the purpose of further assessing the

implications of hosting a Games in the. future;.

That on the advice of Mr. Ron Butlin, Chairman and
Managing Director of the B. C. Games, an official
inter-municipal council delegation attend the 1979
Richmond Summer Games, and that a forma) request for

such a representation be lodged with the Board of

Directors of the Richmond Summer Games Society at an

early date,
