advising that a petition has been received petitioning against

the construction as a work of local improvement, pavement - 28'
width, storm sewer, and extruded concrete curb; all of a "Local
Street" construction standard on a normal construction schedule

on Lobb Avenue from the east boundary of Shaughnessy Street to

the west boundary of Mary Hill Road, in the City of Port Coquitlam
lodged with the City Clerk on the 25th day of March, 1980 is
sufficient, and pursuant to the provisions of the Municlhpal Act
the above noted work may not now be undertaken as a work of Local
Improvement.

Alderman Mabbett suggested that the City's Public Works
Committee examine whether or not the filling in of ditches could
be included as a work of Local Improvement with charges being
levied only against the properties on the one side of any
particular street.

Alderman Mabbett reported that in connection with the Bantam
Hockey Tournament to be held in the Port Coquitlam Recreation Centre
this weekend that the "No Parking" regulations on Kelly Street
between Kingsway Avenue and Mary Hill Road should be eliminated.

the "No Parking" regulations on Kelly Avenuc between Kingsway and
Mary H4i21] Road during the holding of the Bantam Hockey Tournament
