Freeman City Clerk Re: Zoning Amendment By-laws In Process By the time this memorandum is considered by Council, the City's New Master Zoning By-law, No. 1651, will have received final reading and it is necessary that certain Zoning Amendment By-laws now in process that have received third reading by restated in terms of the City's new Zoning By-law and if Council are in agreement with this procedure, the resolutions quoted below could be given consideration. Each project is identified prior to the quotation of the resolution necessary for that particular By-law. l. Commercial Development in 2300 Block Marpole Avenue: "That the third reading of By-law No. 1532 as given on January 8th, 1979 be rescinded; That the said By~law be amended by striking out the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1978, No. 1628" wherever they appear and substituting the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"; AND THAT the said By-law No. 1532, as amended, be read a third time." 2. Southside Baptist Church "That the third reading of By-law No. 1604 as given on November 27th, 1978 be rescinded; That the said By~law be amended by striking out the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628" wherever they appear and substituting the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"; AND THAT the sald By-law No. 1604, as amended, be read a third time." 3. 1491 Pitt River Road "That the third reading of By-law No. 1610 as given on November 27th, 1978 be rescinded; That the said By-Jaw be amended by striking out the words "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628" wherever they appear and substituting the words "City cf Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"; AND THAT the said By-law No. 1610, as amended, be read a third time."
