Alderman Laking replied the tennis courts are under study by the Leisure Activities committee. From the City Administrator, November 23rd, 1978 advising of the request from the Developer of the 36 residential lot subdivision in the 3500 Block Cedar Drive, for a Tree Cutting permit. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That a Tree Cutting permit be issued to the Developer of the 36 residential lot subdivision in the 3500 Block Cedar Drive, as set out in the City Administrator's memorandum under date of November 23rd, 1978. From the City Administrator, November 24th, 1978 advising receipt of a proposed Tax Adjustment from the City Collector, on one parcel of land within the City resulting in a net decrease in tax levy of $59.04 and asking for Council's approval. NEW BUSINESS: From the City Administrator, November 27th, 1978 advising of the Library Committee's recommendation that the sum of $7,790. held in Reserve as the City’s share of the proposed Fraser Valley Regional Library Headquarters Building be paid to the Fraser Valley Regional Library Board on March lst, 1978.
