BY-LAW NO, 1590

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is
arended by reroving the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential)
assigned to:
(a) Lot 2, Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group One,
Plan 7387, New Westminster District
(b) Parcel "A", Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group Cne,
Plan 24243, New Westminster District
and assigning the Zone Designation of RS~1 (One Family Residential) to the said
property.
2. This By-law may be cited for ali purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1978, No. 1590".

NOTECE OF PUBIC HEARING

ZONING BY~LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitias
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April l7th, 1978 ar
7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1590: to rezone

{a) Lot 2, Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group Cne,
Plan 7387, New Westminster District
Parcel “A", Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group One,
Plan 24243, New Westminster District
from RS~-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) to KS-1 {One Fanily

Residential).

These properties have the civic addresses of 1659 and 1675
Pitt River Road and are located on the east side of Pitt River Road
and extend through to Taylor Avenue. It is expected that approxisately
33 residential lots will be completed following completion of the re-

zoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. = on working days - from April 6th to April 17ch,
1978,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed
by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard ar the Public Hearing on

matters contained in the by-law.
